Mr Ivai Kisten

After 14 years in the RAF working with some of the top celebrities and high-profile military regiments, Ivai is now the CEO of REBIVAI. He is a culinary sustainability Chef, having just completed his postgraduate in Sustainability Catering. He works in London’s high-end as a Consultant and trains military chefs to become sustainable chefs. His work takes him from London to Mauritius, where he was born. He is the deputy chair at Op Belonging and oversees all community catering for all projects.
