Commonwealth Military Hubs is a focus network to support military families and veterans across the armed forces communities.

This is the 1st model to be replicated across the UK, where members of the Commonwealth communities reside and are served. Many of those families find themselves isolated after their service; these hubs will be vital sources of support during and after their service.
